On May 30, 2024, members of Millville's Junior High Student Council volunteered at Rescue Pets Serving Vets in Benton, Pa.  The Junior High Student council members helped by walking and training dogs for the rescue. Proceeds from the "Pies 4 Paws" fundraiser that the Junior High Student council held for the rescue were also given.
