2026 Pennsylvania FFA ACES Leadership Conference

Millville, PA - February 21-22, 2026

The Millville FFA Chapter of Millville, PA, participated in the 2026 Pennsylvania FFA ACES (Agricultural Cooperation Establishes Success) Leadership Conference, held over four weekends from the end of January through the end of February at the Sheraton in Harrisburg.

For FFA members, the ACES Leadership Conference is a favorite leadership experience. This year’s conference theme, Soaring Beyond Our Limits, aligns with the Pennsylvania FFA year-long theme, Beyond Our Limits, and encourages students to challenge themselves and grow as leaders.

Workshop sessions focused on developing well-rounded leaders through topics such as agricultural advocacy and literacy, communication and teamwork, building community, and self-confidence and personal growth.

Students from the Millville chapter who attended the conference included: Jocelynn Little, Ella Shultz, Ainsley Eckroth, Sophia Haden, Rayna Hornberger, Hailey Phillips, Azzalene Hughes, Tavon Force-Miller, Tevan Force-Miller, and Logan Jacobs.

In addition to workshop sessions, attendees had the opportunity to connect with FFA members from across Pennsylvania and build meaningful relationships with peers from other chapters. On Sunday morning, participants came together for a large-scale service project, writing thank-you cards to active-duty military members, emergency medical services (EMS) personnel, and firefighters in recognition of their service and sacrifice to their communities.

More than 2,500 students and advisors from 123 chapters across the Commonwealth will participate in the ACES Conference over the four weekends.

“ACES pushes me to step outside of my comfort zone, build confidence, and grow as a leader while forming connections with peers from across the state.” said Azzalene Hughes, Millville FFA Member.

The Pennsylvania FFA ACES Leadership Conference provides students with an opportunity to experience the FFA mission in action-cultivating premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education-while encouraging them to soar beyond their limits.

The Millville FFA Chapter thanks the Pennsylvania FFA Association and the Pennsylvania FFA Foundation, along with their many partners and supporters, for making this leadership experience possible. Support from organizations such as New Holland, Horizon Farm Credit, the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, the Northeast Agriculture Education Foundation, The Hershey Company, Pioneer-Corteva, the Pennsylvania Livestock Association, Paragon Poultry, and Melhorn Poultry helps ensure that FFA members across Pennsylvania have access to meaningful leadership development opportunities and experiences that inspire them to grow, lead, and serve.
