🚌 2026–2027 STUDENT TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION 🚌

As we prepare to welcome students back for the 2026–27 school year, families are asked to log into their student’s Sapphire Community Portal and review their current transportation information prior to the first day of school.

Families can view their student’s:

🚌 Bus Number
📍 Assigned Bus Stop / Pick-Up Location
⏰ Morning Pick-Up Time

Please review this information carefully, as bus assignments, stops, and pick-up times may have changed since last school year. Families should rely on the current information provided in Sapphire when preparing for the start of school.

🔎 HOW TO FIND YOUR STUDENT’S TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

1️⃣ Visit millsd.us and select the Parents tab.
2️⃣ Click Sapphire Parent Portal.
3️⃣ Log in using your Sapphire username and password.
4️⃣ Select My Backpack from the menu.
5️⃣ Click Student Information.
6️⃣ Scroll down to the Transportation section.

⏰ IMPORTANT MORNING PICK-UP INFORMATION

Students should be at their designated bus stop at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled pick-up time to ensure they are ready to board when the bus arrives.

Please remember that actual bus arrival times may vary by approximately 10 minutes before or after the designated time due to traffic, weather, student ridership, and other circumstances affecting daily transportation operations.

🏠 AFTERNOON DROP-OFF TIMES

Afternoon drop-off times will be added to Sapphire by the end of the first week of school.

Allowing routes to operate during the opening days of school will help the District establish more accurate afternoon arrival estimates based on actual student ridership and transportation conditions.

We appreciate the patience and cooperation of our families as transportation routes and schedules become established. Taking a few minutes to review your child’s information before the first day and ensuring students are at their assigned stops on time will help us provide safe and efficient transportation for all students.
