Attention Parents of athletes and athletes! If you have a student in grades 6 -11 who is interested in playing sports in the 2025-2026 school year. Sport Physicals will be held on May 29, 2025, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm in the High School Gym for all Millville Students. Sport Physicals are FREE to all students. Physical packets can be picked up at the Main Office before the day of the physicals or downloaded from the school website. The papers need to be completed by a parent/ guardian before the appointment. If the physical packet is not completed, the physician will not do the physical. Please call the athletic department secretary at 570-458-5538 ext. 2303, to set up an appointment.
