Volunteer Coach Information

The following steps must be completed prior to starting as a volunteer coach for the district and submitted to your school's office via our new system, COMPLY.

  1. Each prospective volunteer must submit a volunteer item packet online via COMPLY. Our volunteer item packet information can be found below. Please make sure all clearances are up to date and within 5 years of the time you are submitting your volunteer packet. Once you submit your volunteer item packet, you are unable to go back and add additional documents.
  2. All volunteers must receive approval from the School Board. Once approved, you will be notified of your approval via COMPLY and placed on the list of approved volunteers. Approval is REQUIRED prior to your first day as a volunteer. Please note - your Comply volunteer packet is not automatically approved, and you must receive an approval email from Comply before your start volunteering.
  • Note - Incomplete volunteer item packets will not be considered. All volunteer item packets must be approved by the district and contain no expired clearances or trainings.

A complete volunteer packet requires the following items:

  1. Act 34 Clearance - PA Criminal History Background Check
  2. Act 114 Clearance - Federal Criminal History Background Check (UEID Number or Affidavit)
  3. Act 151 Clearance - PA Child Abuse Background Check
  4. Act 126 Training - Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting
  5. Safety in Youth Sports / Concussion Management Training
  6. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Training
