Board Meeting Information – Keystone Agenda (Effective July 1, 2026)

Effective July 1, 2026, the Millville Area School District has transitioned from BoardDocs to Keystone Agenda for all Board agenda management services following the Pennsylvania School Boards Association's (PSBA) discontinuation of BoardDocs.

Access Board Agendas

Beginning with meetings held on or after July 1, 2026, all Board meeting agendas will be available through the Keystone Agenda portal. A link to the portal is provided below and is also accessible from the Board of Education dropdown menu at the top of the district website.

KEYSTONE AGENDA PORTAL

The district has successfully migrated previous Board agendas and supporting documents from BoardDocs to Keystone Agenda. Historical agendas and approved meeting minutes are available to the public through this new platform. Approved Board minutes will also continue to be available on the Board of Education webpage.

As required by law, Board meeting agendas will continue to be posted for public access at least 24 hours prior to each scheduled meeting through the Keystone Agenda system.

Why the Change?

The transition to Keystone Agenda reflects the district's continued commitment to transparency, accessibility, and operational efficiency while maintaining a paperless Board meeting process. The new platform provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience for accessing Board agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation.

District Policy Manual

The former BoardDocs platform also housed the district's Board Policy Manual. As part of PSBA's transition, the Millville Area School District has migrated its policies to PSBA's new policy management platform.
