Numerous federal and state laws require school districts to provide students, parents, and/or the public with notices. The documents below will help you to better understand your rights. Millville Area School District invites parents and guardians of students to review the following information. Attendance Information

Students will gain the maximum benefit of the educational opportunities by maintaining regular attendance.  The pattern of attendance displayed toward school is an indicator of future attendance at work.

The state of Pennsylvania has compulsory attendance laws for students enrolled in public schools.  Students are excused for illness, death in the immediate family, quarantine, and emergencies.  Documentation verifying why a student was absent is required.
